<p>A simple and delicious protein shake recipe. Great for muscle recovery!</p>
<p><strong>Ingredients</strong></p>

<li>6 ice cubes</li>
<li>1 cup of milk</li>
<li>1 banana</li>
<li>1 scoop of protein powder with chocolate flavor</li>
<li>2 tablespoons peanut butter</li>
<li>1 tablespoon of honey</li>
<li>1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder or more to taste</li>

<p>Mix ice cubes, milk, bananas, protein powder, peanut butter, honey and cocoa powder together in a blender until smooth.</p>
