What if my order never arrived?

If your order's status shows delivered but you have not received the order, contact ##site-name## within 7 days of the tracking status's delivery data for ##site-name## to investigate. Failure to report an order not received within 7 days of the posted delivery date results in forfeiture of any claim by you.

Can I change the shipping address of an order?

Tracking your orders

You can track your orders online all the way until they arrive at the destination. You can also check an order’s delivery status in the order's detail in the My Orders section. The order's detail includes information regarding the carrier, tracking number, and the item’s current location.
